Seat lists
A seat list records how many names were written on one evening, and the names in the end chairs.
The page states how many dish names were written that evening. It states the name in the first chair. It states the name in the last chair. It does not rank those names, and it does not write a prize or a score. An empty list is written as zero. We do not invent a name to fill a chair.
